Copper alloy possible hooked tag. Triangular sheet metal plate [thickness 0.7mm] with a collar and knop at its narrower end. Closely juxtaposed stamped conical pits follow the edges as a border. The knop may be the worn stub of a hook, cf. Read Early Medieval Class B Type 1 or the object may resemble a hooked tag but have performed a distinct function. Suggested date: Early Medieval, 750-1100.
