A complete knapped flint end-scraper dating to the Neolithic or Bronze Age, c. 4000-1500 BC. The scraper is sub-triangular in form, with an oblique distal edge. The platform and bulb have been been partially knapped away, while the dorsal surface demonstrates a single prominent arrise. The distal end of the piece has been blunted by the means of directly applied scalar retouch that forms a blunted scraping edge. Preserved in slightly abraded condition, it measures 37.78mm long, 51.45mm wide at its widest point, and 10.69mm thick at its midpoint. It weighs 24.67g.
