Silver long cross penny from the first reign on Edward IV (1461-70). Struck between 1464 and 1470 as part of the 'light' coinage. Minted in York under Archbishop George Neville.
Obverse: crowned bust facing with 'G' and Key either side of neck. Reverse: Long cross with quatrefoil in centre and three pellets in each quarter.
