A complete copper-alloy harness pendant suspension mount, medieval and circa 14th century in date. It is oval in plan with a convex fromt face and a concave back face, measuring 23mm in length and 15m in width. Projecting from the centre of the back face there is an integral cylindrical stud, which would have been pushed through a leather harness strap. Projecting from one edge of the mount there are two parallel folded loops, through which a horizontal bar could have been placed for the now missing pendant to be hung from. Traces of gilding can also be seen on this mount. It is similar to another pendant suspension mount also from nearby in Brockley (see SF-E87ED6).
