An incomplete copper alloy Roman nummus of Constantine I (AD 306 - 337), dating to the period AD 313 - 315 (Reece Period 15). SOLI INVICTO COMITI reverse type depicting Sol standing left, raising right hand, globe in left. Mint of Trier. RIC VII, p. 168, nos 39-42.
The flan is chipped in several places, with substantial cresent shaped pieces missing. Weight is 1.7 g. Diameter 19 mm, Thickness 1mm.
