Incomplete medieval gilt copper alloy mount in the form of a fleur-de-lis, broken at both ends, at one across a rivet hole before the terminal of the central stem. The edges are rounded at the front and the reverse is flat. Gilding is restricted to the front face. Extant length 18mm. Width 23.7mm. Thickness 1.6mm. 13th - 14th century.
