A worn fragment of a late Iron Age (c. 120-100BC) potin cast bronze unit of the Cantiaci. Uncertain ABC type, Holman type F2/2, VA131-1, ABC 171.
Obverse: Outline head left. Reverse: outline straight bull butting horns left with two crescents above, possible small central pellet. The coin remains as only a third of its full amount.
Dimensions: 15.8mm in diameter, 1.3mm thick and 0.67g in weight.
