Grey flint with cortex spot borer fragment. A small flake with broad flakes struck from its dorsal side and with a rippled ventral surface. A light misty patina developed over struck surfaces. This is removed by short abrupt retouch defining a small point at the narrow end; a break immediately adjacent was probably incurred after the deposition of the object. The Neolithic could accommodate both primary and secondary episodes of working. Suggested date: Neolithic, 4000-2350 BC.
