A cast copper alloy finger ring, of probable Medieval to Post Medieval dating (AD 1400 to AD 1700).
The finger ring is sub-circular in plan, and rectangular in section. It consists of a plain wide flat hoop, with a raised sub-rectangular bezel.
The finger ring is a dark green colour, with an even surface patina. There is a small notch in the ring band on one side, approximately opposite the bezel.
No direct parallel has been found for this finger ring at the time of recording, but the style is suggestive of Medieval to Post Medieval dating (AD 1400 to AD 1700).
