Roman copper alloy stud comprising a flat circular head and a gently tapering round-sectioned integral shank which is probably incomplete. Diameter 21mm. Extant length 6.8mm (of which the head accounts for 1.7mm). Diameter of shank 4 - 3.4mm. Mid 1st - 4th century.
