Copper alloy button. Flat discoid possibly die stamped button front with a drawn wire loop brazed to the back. The front bears the monogram letters BVA below an arched crown or Crown Imperial. Gilded front and back. A uniform button, possibly from a Volunteer force. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1790-1890.
