A complete copper alloy bar mount with two rivet holes, dating to the period AD c.1350- c.1400.
The mount consists of a rounded body with two terminal lobes. Both lobes show a central hole for the inserction of the rivets, one of which is still in place. The body is decorated with four ridges and grooves. The rounded body and the lobes are concave on the back part.
The length of the mount is 18.02mm, the thickness is 3.46mm, the diameter of the central hemisphere is 8.81mm and the weight is 1.23g.
