Post-medieval sheet copper alloy hinge plate with two rolled over pivot loops, parallel sides, angled inside edge and two attachment tacks (one surviving as the head only). Very flimsy, probably from the lid or door of a small container. Length 28mm. Width 9.2mm. Thickness 0.8mm. 17th - 18th century.
