Post Medieval stud from a belt or strap. Lentoid with a hollow underside in the centre of which was an integrally cast pin, now missing. Length 17.5mm, Width 9,2mm, Height 3.2mm, Thickness 1.3mm, Mass 1.23g. While fittings of this shape appear amongst Medieval assemblages the presence of the integrally cast pin is difficult to parallel and might fit best into a post Medieval context.
