A Medieval / Post Medieval sherd of a cast copper alloy cooking pot. The sherd is likely the base of a bowl.
The sherd is rectangular with two ridges at the base. The sherd is flat on one side of these ridges and is raised on the other side. All four sides seem to be break edges.
There are no major signs of corrosion. The surface is covered in a black substance, likely charchoal burns
