An unidentified copper-alloy and enamel object, possibly the composite bezel from a post medieval finger ring. The object is oval in shape with slightly bevelled edges. The upper surface possesses an oval cell filled with green enamel. Two floral motifs are stamped into the enamel. These may have originally been filled with a contrasting colour of enamel. The underside of the object also possesses a similar cell created with a circumferential rim of reserve metal. This cell is empty although there are remnants of a white substance at the edges of the cell. The object measures 20mm in length, 17mm in width and 4mm in thickness.
