Just over half of a post-medieval copper alloy double-looped buckle frame, both loops oval with a rosette in the centre of the angled edge(s), rather obscure decoration on the sides and a lobe at the ends of the narrowed bar. The moulded ornament is similar to that on Whitehead 2003, no. 418 (which lacks lateral lobes) . Estimated length 49mm. Width 28.5mm. Mid 16th - mid 17th century.
