A copper-alloy halfpenny token dating to AD 1668. The obverse legend reads 'IN KINGS LANGLEY.1668' with a beaded circular border enclosing the inscription 'HIS/HALFE/PENNY IGF' above a small flower. The reverse legend reads 'IAMES GOODWIN. AT. THE' with a beaded circular border enclosing a rose surmounted by a crown. cf. Williamson (1889) Vol. I, p. 319.
