An iron chisel blade, of unknown date. A Trapezoidal shaped bar with a rectangular shaped cross section. It has flat steep angled blade at the widest end then tapers towards a point at the other end. No parallels have been found for this find, although it is most likely to be of suggested Medieval to Post-Medieval, c. AD1200-1800 date. The length is 155mm, the width is 25mm thickness 27mm .
