A silver penny of Richard II, (AD 1377-1399). Reverse: CIVI/TA[S/EB]O/R[ACI]; long cross dividing legend, trefoil in centre of cross, three pellets in each quarter. Type 1a with nothing on breast, straight sided lettering on rev, date is early to mid-AD1380s. York mint. North no. 1329.
