Post-medieval copper alloy spoon knop of seal top type. Elaborate fluted baluster, oblique break, stem missing. There are traces of solder on the break as if the object has been repaired or re-used. Extant length 23.5mm. Cf. Homer 1975, p.38, f. Mid 16th - mid 17th century.
A fragment of oval bowl, possibly from the same spoon, was also found, width 47mm, extant length 45mm.
