An incomplete cast copper alloy buckle frame. An oval, double looped D-sectioned frame with two knops on each loop.The bar is narrowed from the frame. The back is flat and undecorated. The pin has broken away from the framw but has been retained. One loop is missing. Similar buckles are recorded in Whitehead, R, 1996, Buckles 1250 - 1800, p. 63, see No. 382.
