An incomplete cast copper alloy double looped buckle frame.The buckle frame was rectangular with a curvilinear outer edge to the frame. One ornate rectangular loop remains. The frame is decorated with cast low relief comprising a fleur de lys at either end of the centre bar, a sexfoil at the mid point of the end of the loop with a projecting knop, and curlicues at the sides. The bar is narrowed from the frame and trapezoidal in cross section. The rear is undecorated. The pin is missing.
