Copper alloy Roman Q-radiate of Allectus (AD 293-296), Reece period 14, VIRTVS AVG reverse type depicting a galley going left with a mast and cabin on the aft and seven oars and a steering oar at the back. Mint unclear, mintmark off flan. Cf. RIC V, pt.2, no.55 for type. This coin has been considered for Sam Moorhead's corpus for RIC.
