A complete lead weight of uncertain date. The object is circular in plan with distinctly raised rims to the upper and lower edges. The rims, and irregular marks within the resulting recesses give the impression that something was inserted into the openings though the nature of this cannot be determined nor confirmed. The outer edges also display numerous cut marks though whether they are intentional or coincidental cannot be determined.
The metal has a mid-brown/grey patina and is worn. The weight is 44.4mm in diameter, 22.3mm thick and weighs 227g.
