Incomplete edge of a medieval copper alloy buckle frame, both ends broken, one across a rabbet. Decoration comprises a wavy line ofrocker-arm engraving. The complete frame would have been large, rectangular and double-looped, cf. NMS-3C3603. Width and thickness 7.5 and 2.3mm. Extant length (i.e. part of frame's width) 37mm. 15th century.
