An incomplete copper-alloy Roman bracelet or armlet, probably dating to AD 320-410. The end is flattened with two moulded bead shapes above deliniated by pairs of lines. These areas are decorated with fine transverse lines. The main body of the bracelet is decorated with three longitudinal ridges alo the length of the bracelet. these have diagonal pairs of lines either side of them. The bracelet tapers and is oval in cross-section, with the decoration appearing on the outer surface only. Bracelets of this type have been recorded by Crummy and date to 320-450AD.
