A fragment of a copper alloy possible finger ring of uncertain date, missing its bezel and most of its hoop. The fragment is made from a thin sheet of copper alloy, 1.2mm thick. The fragment is roughly rectangular in shape with old breaks at each end and worn or possibly broken along one of the long edges.The outer surface of the ring is decorated with a line of rectangular incisions, which run the length of the fragment but off-centre to one side. Overall, the fragment measures 14.0mm long, 8.9mm wide and 3.2mm thick. It weighs 0.61g.
