Roman copper alloy bow brooch, 45mm in length, 27mm wide and 9mm thick with a weight of 10.57grams. The brooch has solid circular sectioned wings with a central recessed pin mechanism, the pin is missing. It has a semi-circular cross sectioned bow which is plain and thins out towards its base where it houses the remains of a catchplate.
