Post Medieval silver coin, probably a groat of William III (1694-1702) bent to form a 'love token'. The coin has been completely defaced, no trace of the inscription or design survive although coins of William have been found to most commonly treated in this way. The coin has been bent twice, each time at around 45 degrees, the two bends not being parallel. Diameter: 18.7mm, Mass 1.43g.
