A plated silver contemporary copy of a denarius of Sabina (AD 128-137), dating to the period AD 128-137 (Reece period 6). FORT RED, P M TR P COS VI P P S P Q R reverse type depicting Fortuna seated left holding rudder and cornucopiae. Uncertain mint.
This coin is a contemporary plated copy combining an obverse of Sabina and a reverse type proper to Trajan, cf. RIC II, p.265, no. 308 for the reverse prototype from the mint of Rome.
