A Post Medieval lead alloy cloth seal dating 16th - 18th century. This is a clothworker's personal seal. The seal is formed of two discs with a connecting strip and integral rivet on one of the discs connecting the two. The rivet is visible on the undecorated disc in the form of a raised oval. The other side has a privy mark within a beaded circle. There are initials T and G either side of the central stem of the privy mark. A similarly marked cloth seal is in Egan (1995:85 No. 241) and a similar cloth seal on the database is LON-193E2F.
