A complete and corroded Medieval to post-Medieval copper-alloy annular buckle (c. 1350-c. 1650).
The frame is circular in plan, oval in cross-section. The central integral bar is oval in cross-section. The tapering pin is 'D'-shaped in cross-section, flat at the rear.
The buckle is drab green.
Frame: diameter: 17.5mm; thickness: 1.3mm.
Pin: length: 11.0mm; width at loop: 1.6mm.
Overall weight: 0.80g.
