Early Medieval stirrup-strap mount that has a lozange shaped plate with a cross satire in the centre creating four recessed lozenge-shaped panels, there are knops satiated in the centre and at the end of each arm of the cross, plus one in both of the side corners of the lozenge. At the top is a circular suspension loop. The base of the mount is expanded with a rearward facing projection that contains a single rivet hole, this area is encrusted with iron corrosion. This is an example of Williams class A type 12 and dates to the 11th century.
