Fragment of copper alloy object of uncertain date. Small section of shaft, of circular cross-section, with decorative, transverse, moulded lines running across it. The lines do not completely encircle the object - one side is undecorated. Beyond the decorative moulding the object flattens and begins to expand, but is broken off very shortly after that. Original form and function uncertain. Length 12.1mm, width 4.2mm, thickness 3.2mm, weight 0.59g.
