Roman Republican silver denarius of the moneyer Mn. Acilius Glabrio dating to c.49 BC (Reece Period 1). MN ACILIVS III VIR. VALETV reverse depicting Valetudo (Salus) standing left, leaning against column and holding snake. Minted at Rome.
Crawford 442/1a. The obverse image does suggest that the coin might be a plated copy, but only inspection of the coin could determine this for certain.
