A worn and incomplete silver halfgroat of Charles I. The coin is damaged where the initial marks would be so therefore it is not possible to date this coin any closer than AD 1625-1642, although it appears to be a Group D bust. After AD 1642 Parliament struck coins at the Tower in the King's name. Probably North N2258.
