Medieval to post medieval copper alloy double loop buckle dating to the period c. AD 1350 - 1650. It has a narrowed triangular-sectioned strap bar. The butt of the wire pin is wrapped around the strap bar. An oval loop exhands from either side of the strap bar. Each outer edge exhibits a grooved pin rest.

Similar examples are discussed in Whitehead, R, 2003, p. 53 - 54.
