A Post Medieval silver hammered coin. The coin is a halfgroat of Elizabeth I (AD 1558 - 1603), without rose or date and has two pellets behind bust. The mint mark is an escallop, which dates the coin from AD 1584 - 1586. Spink number 2579 (2011 edition).
