A modern lead cloth seal.
The cloth seal is circular in shape with broken edges at the top and bottom, likely when the bag was opened. "Cloth 1[6]72 * " is written across the legend with a Capital letter "H" in center with a circle around. There are marks of blackened corrosion on the surface of the seal.
Possible Similarities to - DUR-D370E0 (CLOTH SEAL) and NMS-E772E5 (CLOTH SEAL) due to similar dates and legends.
