A complete cast lead, two-disc cloth seal. The seal has, on one side, a cross potent and, on the reverse side, worn letters that are difficult to interpret but may read W 5D. This is possibly a pictorial cloth-worker's personal seal and most probably dates from AD 1550 - 1750.
Notes:
Thanks to Stuart Elton for his help in identifying this seal. It is also recorded on his database of bag and cloth seals. http://www.bagseals.org/gallery/main.php?g2_itemId=22943
