Nine pieces of flint debitage of Mesolithic or Neolithic date, about 9000 BC - 2200 BC. There are seven blades, of which one is primary, three secondary and the rest tertiary. There is also one secondary flake and one secondary chunk.
Notes:
Gorple Reservoir Site Six. This site has circular stone features which are visible when the water level is low which have been surveyed and drawn by Dr David Shepherd, Frank Jolley and Karen Gibson of the South Pennine Archaeology Network with the kind consent of Yorkshire Water.
