A Mesolithic flint core dating from 9000 BC - 4000 BC. It is formed on mottled mid grey flint, with one face covered in cortex. It is sub-rectangular in plan and cross-section. Narrow blade removals have been taken off in at least three directions; from the cortex face, and from each short end. It is 24.8mm long, 18.1mm wide and 11.9mm thick. 7.95g.
