Obverse legend reads THOMAS (LEEFE) [MERCER]. Obverse shows the initials T S with L above, and three rosettes.
Reverse legend: [IN MOVLTON16]69. HIS / HALFE / PENNY across field.
See Williamson (Lincolnshire) no. 206 (Williamson 1967, p. 467). This token is also listed in Dickinson with the surname spelled LEFFE.
The token is 19.7mm diameter, 0.9mm thick and 1.55g.
