Post medieval copper alloy double loop buckle dating to the period c AD 1500 - 1650. The buckle consists of two oval loops separated by a pin/strap bar with lobed knops at each end of the bar. The pin is missing. The buckle has a green patina. The buckle measures 26.33mm in length, 21.35mm in width and weighs 2.43g.
A similar example can be found in Whitehead (2003: 54) no. 305, who dates it to c.AD 1500 - 1650.
