A fragment of a gold bar or Ingot of Uncertain date. The object is flat and sub-rectangular plan. The edges have been roughly cut or chiselled and there are visible impurities and putting to the surface of the ingot. Both the upper and lower faces have some minor incisions and ripples across them.
