A copper alloy possible Iron Age or Roman tankard handle dating from about 300 BC - 200 AD. Only a fragment survives. It is openwork and in the form of two teardrop shaped loops, joined back to back, and both broken at the pointed ends. There is no decoration. The breaks are worn and patinated. The handle is curved. It is 43mm long, 19.4mm wide and 4mm thick. 9.15g. It has a well developed brown patina, which is light green where it is chipped.

The object has been identified based on parallels such as LIN-96EDE3, BERK-17B0E2, HESH-B30272 and BH-38B0D6, but without any stylistic decoration nor the attachment points, it is impossible to be certain of this identification.
