A fragment of a ceramic vessel of medieval date c.AD 1200 - 1500. Rim sherd with slight projection rim. The fabric is a hard-fired, pale orange material, with abundant sand temper and rare calcite inclusions erupting at the surfaces. A patch of pale green slip is retained on the exterior of the piece.

The fragment is 31.4mm long, 29.5mm wide, 8.6mm thick and weighs 10g.
