A flint core of probable Neolithic date, c.4000 - 2300 BC. The core is cylindrical with two striking platforms from which long flakes have been struck. A patch of cortext is retained.

The flint is a mid-grey colour with lighter inclusions. The implement is 34.9mm long, 30.8mm wide, 25.4mm thick and weighs 35.6g.
