Incomplete medieval copper alloy buckle with a composite rigid plate comprising a forked spacer and two sheets secured by four rivets. The pin and half of the oval frame are missing. The inside edge is ogival with a grooved round aperture on both faces (cf. front face of Egan and Pritchard 1991, no. 326). Extant length 30mm. Width of frame c.20mm. Width of plate 17mm. Mid 14th - mid 15th century.
